Shipping & Return Policy.

By purchasing our products on this website and other websites, you agree to our return policies, terms of service and privacy policies listed on this website. The following are the return policies of Fintic Limited.

Items can only be returned within 14 days of arrival. If item(s) must be returned, please contact us at info@fintic.io first. Return shipping is not included, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover money transfer fees and packaging. Replacement parts can also easily be shipped to you at no extra cost should the ticker arrive damaged.

We will then provide you with an address for you to return the item to. The Fintic ticker product must be sent back to us in its original packaging. No refunds or credits will be given unless the item has been successfully returned back to us.

Final refund amount will only be sent to the customer after we have received the returned item(s). Shipping will NOT be refunded in any case.

DAMAGE POLICY

We will ship replacement parts for any components damaged during shipping.

PACKAGE RETURN

If the package gets returned to us due to invalid address, incorrect, incorrect contact, information, or failure to pay customs, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will NOT be refunded. Customers will be required to pay for their own VAT, customs and import fees. We do not cover VAT, customs and import fees.

1. Lost Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your order goes missing during transit, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Contact Shipping Courier:

    • As soon as you suspect your package is lost, contact our customer support within 4 days of the estimated delivery date.

    • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping courier to locate your package.

  • Investigation Process:

    • The investigation process may take 7-21 days, during which we will work closely with the shipping courier to track and locate your package.

    • We appreciate your patience during this period.

  • Resolution Options:

    • If the shipping courier confirms the loss of the package, we will provide you with the option of a replacement order or a full refund for the lost items. (Shipping fee not included in refund)

2. Stolen Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your package is confirmed as delivered but you believe it was stolen, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Contact Shipping Courier:

    • Immediately contact our customer support within 4 days of the confirmed delivery date.

    • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping courier to verify the delivery status.

  • File a Police Report:

    • If the shipping courier confirms the delivery but you suspect theft, you must file a police report within 7-14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

    • Forward a copy of the police report to info@fintic.io.

  • Refund Process:

    • Upon receiving the police report, we will review your case and, if approved, issue a refund for the lost items.

Important Notes:

  • Timely Reporting:

    • It is essential to report lost or stolen packages within 7 days of the estimated or confirmed delivery date for us to initiate the investigation process.

  • Communication:

    • Keep open communication with our customer support team throughout the investigation process for updates and resolution.

  • No Refund without Police Report:

    • For stolen packages, refunds will only be issued upon receipt of a valid police report.
