Does the ticker only display U.S. stocks?

Currently yes, U.S. stocks listed on NASDAQ, NYSE and AMEX. We definitely have plans to expand to global markets later in the future!

Is the ticker battery powered or does it require a power cable?

Our tickers all come with a 2m long power cord and are not battery powered.

Are there any subscription costs?

Nope! Once you purchase the ticker you will be able to access the data for free forever.

How do you connect the ticker to Wi-Fi?

Upon booting up the ticker for the first time, a hotspot will appear. Connect your laptop or phone to the hotspot network and a web panel will open up. You'll be able to pick your Wi-Fi network, type in the password and connect the ticker to the network through the web panel. Once that's done, whenever you boot up the ticker again, it will automatically connect to that Wi-Fi network. For more info visit our guide.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries in the world. However, there are a few select countries that our carrier cannot ship to. If we cannot deliver to your country, we will inform you immediately and fully refund you.

Does shipping to the EU include VAT?

Unfortunately, we do not cover VAT. Customers will be required to pay for their own customs and import fees.

Do I need to download an app to control the ticker?

No, you just need an internet connection and an internet browser to access the web control panel of the ticker! For more info, please visit our guide.

What are the default passwords and URLs?

Default hotspot: Fintic-Hotspot

Default hotspot password: fintic123

Default URL: fintic.local:1024

Default hotspot URL: 10.0.0.5:1024

Does the ticker have ethernet support?

Currently the ticker only supports Wi-Fi.

Does the ticker come with any warranty?

Yes, all tickers come with a 1 year warranty!

Does the ticker support other languages?

Currently the ticker only supports English. However, we have plans to add more language options in our features!

What plug type does the ticker come with?

We have US, UK, EU, AU plugs available! We can also provide other plug types if needed, please send us an email at info@fintic.io for other inquiries.

How many logos do you have available?

We cover thousands of stock, crypto, forex, and commodity logos. You can view the full list here.

How often does data get updated?

Depending on the feature, some are live and near realtime (stocks, crypto…), while others are updated less frequently (weather, sports…). For more information, please visit this page.

Is there a maximum number of items I can display for each feature?

Yes, but the limit is more than enough for display! You can get more information about that here.
